When, Not If

A little pause for prayer to remember Who is in charge can make the difference between a good day and a bad day, joy and defeat.

“A gentle answer turns away wrath,

but a harsh word stirs up anger.

The tongue of the wise commends knowledge,

but the mouth of the fool; gushes folly.”   Proverbs 15: 1, 2

A prosperous thought to remember when a good day seems to be disintegrating around your ears and turning to dust at your feet. Ever have one of those….never mind. Silly of me to ask.  g,w

A good relationship requires a lot of communication. Active, sustaining faith requires a lot of prayer and listening to that still small voice. None of that can happen without pausing from our busyness and entering God’s rest.

Enjoy this Christmas season!

And Pause often to remember

Christ, our Savior!

“He leadeth me, He leadeth me.

By His own hand, He leadeth me,”
