Salvaged, a haiku

Haiku #6.23_fixed

I was broken

You fixed me, heart and mind

Soul surgeon, Savior.

In these disease proclaimed days it is directed that we must hide our faces from each other when we go out in public for safety sake.

There was a time when we not only had to hide our faces before God, but we were not allowed to approach Him personally, we were so diseased of soul. But now those who are in Christ Jesus, having been healed of sin disease before God, can approach Him with uncovered faces boldly. Indeed, He beseeches us to do so regularly! Thank God for the healing power of Jesus Christ!

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23

  1. Well penned, indeed! What a wonderful picture of how God sees value in the soul of every dinner. He’s incredible! Praise God for His mercy, grace, and salvation!
