Blessed is the one who sees God in all the details of their life.
When you have looked at creation–remember providence, which is a prolongation of the creative act. The power which made all things, upholds them.
It is most important for us to learn that the smallest triviality are as much arranged by the God of providence, as the most startling events. He who counts the stars, has also numbered the hairs of our heads.
“Deep calls to deep
in the roar of your waterfalls;
all your waves and breakers
have swept over me.” Psalm 42:7
Through prayerful study, so not to violate scriptural integrity, I discovered early on that the deep calling unto deep are the deep things of God calling to the deep things of man; you and I.
It is in part, living out the words of Jesus when He said; “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth” (John 4:24).
Worshiping Him in spirit is man’s spirit responding to the Spirit of God’s calling to the deep. A deeper relationship with Him through the shed blood of Jesus Christ that gives us the perpetual right of entry into “The Most Holy Place;” of God’s presence.
It is compelling to know and receive that for those who have embraced Jesus into their lives now become “The Most Holy Place.” As a believer, you are now the “Ark of the New Covenant” literal carriers of the very deep that calls to you, not from a world far, far away, but in truth from within.
“The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.” Romans 8:16

It sort of helps the imaging of how the Old Testament and New flow together, doesn’t it? 😉

Deep calls to deep. A trysting place where the table is set and our cup runs over. Love the road picture G.W.
I wish my road through life was straight and paved.
