From Becoming to Morning

Becoming weary in the flesh, I am.

Becoming more significant effort

In the cogitation station, it is.

Aging, as it accumulates,

Has this reward – life.

The life God gives abundant as

He painstakingly transforms that

Life over time is the greatest gift

Of all from the Giver of life.

Life is great if ya’ don’t weaken.

Grandmother said to this

Young lad with eyes so wide.

Won’t I get strong when I get older?

---

Yes – yes you will and smart t’boot.

God comes closer from up above

With His plan to cover our decline

So very close with His love,

With His love and morning divine.
